Refunds & Returns policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 Hrs.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 Hrs from the time you receive the order number.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7-10 working days from the day on which we receive the cancellation order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will incur fees for such reimbursement if payments are made using payment gateway.

Currently we are not accepting any return for goods sold from us or our website. But if we accept then these are the conditions that will be applied.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased from us or our website and delivered in the last 24 Hrs.

• A video evidence of an unboxing is necessary as a valid proof of in-transit damage and there shouldn't be any cuts, edits or alteration in the video.

• After unboxing the product you must power it up and check if it is in working condition or not(continuation of video is necessary).

• The goods are in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• If the evidence is not provided.

• If the video evidence is not satisfied and looks manipulated.

• Once you start using the product then you cannot return the same.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If the product is delivered to the customer in good & working condition and meets all our conditions mentioned above & if we accept for you to return the product then the return shipment charges & payment gateway charges are deducted & refunded to the original payment method.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate, Gift Card or Coupon Code will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
