1. Do you offer free Shipping?

Ans. Yes we offer free shipping on our pc builds.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Ans. We have multiple payment methods COD, Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card and Debit Card.

3. Will there be any extra charges while placing an order?

Ans. COD, UPI, Bank Transfer doesn't have any charges but if you choose payment gateway then additional charges are been charged.

4. Can we change the shipping address for my orders?

Ans. Yes, with in 24 Hrs. Once the order is been placed cannot change the shipping address.

5. Do you offer any Warranties and Guarantees for PC Builds?

Ans. The PC comes with standard brand warranty on each components and we provide 1 Year free support. We will help you in finding the nearby service centers to claim the warranties.

6. How long will it take to ship my PC?

Ans. We usually ship orders within 6-7 working days, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 8-10 working days.

7. Can I cancel the Order before it ships?

Ans. Yes, it’s totally safe since the transactions go through a secured payment gateway.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Ans. We will reimburse you no later than 7-10 working days from the day on which we receive the cancellation order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will incur fees for such reimbursement if payments are made using payment gateway.

Ans. You only get 24Hrs. The deadline for canceling an order is 24 Hrs from the time you receive the order number.

Ans. Yes we have an option of Cash on Delivery but to confirm the order you have to pay Advance and remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
